Assessment Centre

This service responds to the need to support our business partners in two main areas:

Evaluating a group of candidates put forward by the same company for a specific vacancy.
Evaluating the suitability of a group of internal profiles within the company itself for a possible promotion.

We evaluate the personal and professional profiles of each candidate in order to assess their suitability for a particular role. We produce a full report on each and every candidate, which serves as an external, objective reference for the company.

IV. CANDIDATE ASSESSMENT
In-depth face-to-face or telephone/internet interviews are conducted, depending on geographical location. These interviews are designed specifically to the profile sought and include competency assessment, practical problem-solving or role plays. We check references and draw up a Personal Profile Analysis.
V. SELECTION and PRESENTATION of SHORT-LISTED CANDIDATES
Finally, of all the candidates assessed, those that best fit the requested profile are selected. These candidates are presented to the company and together we evaluate them in depth.
VI. INTERVIEW ARRANGEMENT and FINAL CHOICE CONSULTATION
We facilitate interview arrangements between the client and the short-listed candidates. We offer our experience to both parties, to bring positions and interests closer together.
